Escape to Venice, the origins of Lobster Ravioli. You’ll be making two types of homemade pasta in this Fantastic seafood geared pasta class.  Learn great techniques while creating the delights!

Shrimp and Walnut Pesto Pinwheels with Sundried Tomato Aoli
( Puff pastry stuffed with chopped shrimp, walnut pesto, and dill havarti, rolled and cut into pinwheels baked to golden perfection and served with a sundried tomato aoli)

Lobster Ravioli in Lemon Cream Sauce (Freshly made pasta stuffed with Lobster, capers, dill and ricotta tossed in a lemon cream sauce)

Pasta Rags with Mushroom Miso Butter (Freshly made pasta cut into uneven pieces and served in a mushroom miso butter sauce finished with green onions)

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn knife skills, how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and present your creations in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.
