Bourbon, it’s a wonderful drink. Pour some into any dish while cooking and it’ll bring out tremendous flavors. Allow our expert chefs to wow you with new and exciting ways to experience your favorite liquor.

This hands on class with make:

-Roasted Sweet Bourbon glazed Pork Tenderloin  (Pork tenderloin seasoned with herbs and spices, Roasted to perfection and covered in a sticky bourbon glaze.)

– Butternut Squash Ravioli with Whiskey Cream Sauce (butternut squash is pared beautifully with a whiskey cream sauce brought to life with fresh sage, thyme)

– Skillet Bourbon Green Beans with Bacon (Bourbon brown sugar and butter make for a wonderfully light tangy sweet sauce, tossed with green beans and bacon.)

– Individual Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Bread Pudding  (A tipsy twist on this all time favorite)

$89 per person

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn knife skills, how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and present your creations in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends. BYOB your favorite wine or beer.
