Menu:
Caramelized Onion and Thyme Tart on Flaky Puff Pastry – a savory tart with a cheesy custard filling nestled in a flaky pastry crust
Peppercorn Crusted Beef Tenderloin with Tart Cherry Port Sauce – a luxurious flavor combination of heat, tang, and sweetness on this tender cut of beef
Potato Galette with Herbed Goat Cheese – thinly sliced potatoes layered with herbed goat cheese and baked to golden perfection
Oven-Roasted Asparagus – deliciously caramelized spears with garlic, lemon, and olive oil
Salted Caramel Crème Brûlée – a smooth and creamy custard, perfectly caramelized under a brittle layer of sugar topped with a pinch of sea salt

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn knife skills, how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and present your creations in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends. BYOB your favorite wine or beer.
