Learn to cook a delicious French meal under the guidance of our Kitchen Social chef. From compound Truffle Butter, to steak to crème brûlée, you’ll escape to the Eiffel Tower for the night.

Menu:

– Strawberry Spinach Salad (packed with strawberries, raspberries and blueberries with walnuts and brie on a bed of spinach and homemade dressing.)

– Filet Mignon with Bordelaise ( red wine reduction sauce )

– Roasted Asparagus

– Classic Vanilla Crème Brûlée

$95 per adult

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn knife skills, how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and present your creations in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends. BYOB your favorite wine or beer.
