Come to Kitchen Social where you’ll learn how to infuse Honey and Bourbon to make an irresistible sauce, pan sear a Filet Mignon. End the evening with a Blueberry and Lemon Trifle.

Spinach Apple Salad ( Spinach, sliced apples, pecans, red onion, Dijon Red Wine Vinaigrette)

Honey Bourbon Glazed Filet Mignon  (Mouth watering juices are sealed in each savory, tender bite)

Queso Au Gratin Potatoes ( Queso Cheese to add a little spice to your life)

Green Beans with Bacon and Parmesan

Blueberry Lemon Trifle (Vanilla cake layered with Lemon curd, Fresh blueberries and Homemade whipped creamed)

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn knife skills, how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and present your creations in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends.
