Have you ever made fresh pasta? Most people think that it is a difficult process involving expensive equipment but that couldn’t be further from the truth. You can make your own Fettuccini with 4 basic ingredients, a rolling pin and a pizza cutter, or fresh ravioli using a round cookie cutter. The possibilities are endless and we guarantee that once you try your own fresh pasta, you won’t want the dry, store bought noodles that we are all so used to.
