Bacon is the star of the show in this delicious and savory class!  Adding bacon adds a variety of flavors and textures to some familiar and not so familiar favorites.

-Seared Steak topped with bacon

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn knife skills, how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and present your creations in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends. BYOB your favorite wine or beer.
