In this class you’ll enjoy varieties of vino and think about wine beyond the glass! Cook with alcohol in every course as wine brings out flavors in all dishes. In this class,  we’ll stir wine in our risotto, and finish with wine in our dessert.

Mixed Greens with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, goat cheese, and wine vinaigrette
Pan-roasted Steak with Red Wine pan sauce
Parmesan Risotto with mushroom, spinach, and white wine
Strawberry Moscato Cake with House Made Cream Cheese Frosting

$89 per adult

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn knife skills, how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and present your creations in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends. BYOB your favorite wine or beer.
