Under the Tuscan sun everything does taste better. The simplest of ingredients shine in delicious seasonal food that’s healthy and hearty. These traditional Tuscan dishes will transport you to the dream of eating under the olive trees.

Menu:

Pear and Walnut Crostini ( Pears, Walnuts, Ricotta and Honey, with a sprinkle of Sea Salt)

Tuscan Gnocchi with Spinach and Cherry Tomatoes

Lemon Asparagus ( Baked and topped with crumbled Feta and Almonds)

Tuscan Arista al forno ( Roasted Pork Tenderloin and baked with Baby Potatoes Garlic, Black Pepper, Rosemary and Sage)

Florentine Wine Cake ( Ricotta, Pine Nuts and Dry Sherry)

$69 per person

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn knife skills, how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and present your creations in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends. BYOB your favorite wine or beer.
