Dim Sum, means “snack” in Chinese, is a meal consisting of small plates like dumplings and spring rolls. Join us for a fun evening learning how to create some Dim Sum favorites.

Menu:

Siu Mai — flavorful ground pork and shrimp wrapped in a wonton wrapper
Salt and Pepper Shrimp — crispy shrimp pan fried with garlic and pepper
Gỏi Cuốn  — Spring rolls veggies wrapped a light rice paper wrapper served with sweet chili sauce
Fried Rice — traditional preparation; the chef will demo for the class to enjoy with their meal

$89 per adult

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn knife skills, how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and present your creations in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends. BYOB your favorite wine or beer.
