The French did not invent cooking, but they were the first to write down their recipes, and for good reason, They’re DELICIOUS! Come to Kitchen Social and learn the techniques of some French Bistro Favorites.

Classic French Salad (Mixed Greens, diced shallot, Dijon mustard, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper)

-Steak Au Poivre ( Brandy Cream reduction sauce)

-Truffle Pomme de Terre with Mascarpone ( Delicate Mashed Potatoes with Truffle and Mascarpone)

– Crème Brûlée with berries

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn knife skills, how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and present your creations in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends. BYOB your favorite wine or beer.
