Crab and pasta just go together like peas and Carrots! Add new surprising sauces and flavors on top of that. Our chefs will guide your tastebuds through a crab experience like no other! Allow the night to begin with:

 -Hot Crab Dip (Crab, cream cheese, brie, and spices baked to bubbly perfection and served with warm crostini.   )

-Crab Carbonara with Lemons and Capers  (Fresh Pasta tossed with crab, bacon, lemons and capers)

– Crab Ravioli with Sun-dried Tomato Pesto ( Fresh pasta filled with crab and ricotta, formed into ravioli and served with sun-dried tomato pesto. )

– Lemon Blueberry Cannoli’s(Cannoli shells stuffed with a lemon ricotta cream filling, folded with fresh blueberries and dusted with powdered sugar.. )

$89 per adult

Each class is 2-3 hours in length during which we will teach you new techniques and methods to get more flavor from the foods that you cook every day. Learn knife skills, how to caramelize the natural sugars of your ingredients and present your creations in new and exciting ways that are sure to impress even the most finicky family and friends. BYOB your favorite wine or beer.
